We ship worldwide from Istanbul. Here is what to expect for retail orders placed on our Etsy shop.
Production time
Rugs are made to order and ready to ship in 5–7 business days. Processing time for pillow covers is shown on each Etsy listing.
Delivery
Free shipping worldwide on Etsy orders. Delivery usually takes 9–12 days depending on the destination, with tracking on every order.
Customs and import taxes
United States: import duties are included in the price. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
United Kingdom and European Union: import VAT and customs fees are collected by the carrier on delivery, according to local rules.
Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait) and all other countries: import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer on delivery.
Returns
Each piece is checked for quality, stitching and size before it ships. If your order doesn’t match the listing, message us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Trade orders
Shipping terms, lead times and packaging for wholesale and private label orders are agreed per project.
